Oisin Rogers welcomes BurgerMonday to The Ship, a landmark London pub, for a special al fresco meatup on the banks of the Thames. Not to worry, in the very unlikely event of rain all burgers and chips will be protected under cover of canopy.
Taking control of The Ship’s outdoor grills, chefs Ben Mulock and Ben Tish of Salt Yard Group will create their latest upsized riff on the acclaimed Opera Tavern Ibérico pork and foie gras mini-burger. This variation will be a blend of Ibérico sobrasada, Ibérico pork and foie gras with chilli onion rings and piquillo aioli as accessories.
This BurgerMonday will be divided into six overlapping sittings beginning at 6:30pm, 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm, 8:30pm and 9pm. The bar will stay open throughout for those who wish to come early or stay late.
