Francesco Salvo and Salvatore Salvo, two of the world’s great pizzaioli, will fly in from Naples to prepare their signature versions two Neapolitan classics, the Margherita and the Cosacca, at the first annual London Pizza Festival. Five UK pizza artisans will battle it out for your love and your vote in the festival’s pizza competition: Manchester’s Honest Crust, Bristol’s Bertha’s and London’s Made with Dough, Sud Italia and Yard Sale Pizza.
