On BurgerMonday the 15th of August young&foodish meats-up in the Tower Bridge Tasting Rooms of The Draft House at the south end of Tower Bridge for three rounds of custom burgers and four rounds of craft beers. This is not meant to be an endurance test. Since the burgers are four-ouncers you’ll only be expected to devour a mere 12 ounces of fat-dripping beef with Draft House buns, an assortment of extremely “light” toppings (egg yolk, smoked bacon, smoked Cheddar, foie gras, custom-made condiments) and chips. To help you along the four craft beers will be poured in one-third pint glasses.
All who book are encouraged to gather at the bar upstairs at street level before or after your sitting. For pre- and post-burger fuelling The Draft House will happily exchange your one-third pint glass for a larger model.
