For his BurgerMonday pop-up at Andrew’s Gray’s Inn greasy spoon Cesar Garcia will size up and then dress up the Secreto Ibérico pork loin burger with Piparras peppers he created for the tapas menu at Iberica Marylebone and now, the just opened Iberica at Canary Wharf. He’ll sandwich the debut of his Iberica Burger Grande between a starter of assorted tapas and, the only dessert he would consider, his beloved rice pudding.
The pop-up will consist of 5 overlapping sittings beginning at 6:45pm, 7:15pm, 7:45pm, 8:15pm and 8:45pm. Each sitting will last about 90 minutes.
