Chef Henry Harris translates the hearty French classicism of his cherished, award-winning Racine Restaurant in London’s Knightsbridge for this BurgerMonday pop-up dinner at a British greasy spoon in Gray’s Inn.
Henry prefers that details of his burger and, for that matter, his entire menu be a surprise. There are just two things he thinks you ought to know:
- The burger meat will be made of veal.
- The veal will be Farm Assured and Dutch.
The pop-up will consist of 5 overlapping sittings beginning at 6:45pm, 7:15pm, 7:45pm, 8:15pm and 8:45pm. Each sitting will last about 90 minutes.
