What, you ask, is the difference between the beloved Honest Burger and the Honest Plus Burger Tom Barton and Andy Bardsley are preparing for their BurgerMonday pop-up on 6 February?
Honestly I can’t reveal much, except to say the plus version is very similar to the original prepared daily at Honest Burgers of Brixton Village, only bigger and different.
The Honest Burgers BurgerMonday Pop-Up will be divided into 5 overlapping sittings beginning at 6:45pm, 7:15pm, 7:45pm, 8:15pm and 8:45pm. Each will last about 90 minutes.
Please note that with your booking you are consenting to have your picture taken enjoying a history-making bacon cheeseburger while very possibly dripping its juices onto your plate and napkin and down your chin.
