Carl Clarke‘s menu for BurgerMonday is soaked with so much burger juice and beef dripping the only safe place to hold it is over a sink. Not that you’d want it any other way from the UK Chilli Champ, the star of the Rock Lobsta and The English Launderette pop-ups and the one-man band behind the ad hoc food show Disco Bistro.
This BurgerMonday will divided into 5 overlapping sittings. Each will last about 90 minutes.
