The East London Steak Co. director Richard Turner has worked under the luminaries Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr, Pierre Koffman and Marco Pierre White. On May 16th the acclaimed chef will work under the fluorescent lights of Andrew’s, a classic 1950s greasy spoon on Gray’s Inn Road. He’ll be bringing in his own select beef from East London Steak to present the Gray’s Inn Burger, a new custom burger he’s created for this BurgerMonday pop-up and named after its location.
Beef will play multiple parts in Turner’s pop-up menu: His thrice-cooked chips will be twice-fried in beef dripping. His sticky toffee pudding will be prepared in the classical fashion with beef suet. Only the steamed asparagus with house dressing will be beefless.

The pop-up will be divided into 4 overlapping sittings beginning at 7pm, 7:30pm, 8pm and 8:45pm. Each sitting will last 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Don’t delay, book now. The last BurgerMonday pop-up sold out in less than 24 hours.
