This cheeseburger looks so much like my all-time favourite, which sadly disappeared many years ago from a place called The Harvey House.. in Philadelphia. The roll, the cheese.. the meat (hopefully… can’t wait to try this one. No burger I’ve eaten since (and I am old!) has ever emulated the Harvey House special.

And the Shake Shack to come.. my cup runneth over.
