Josh – I suspect you’re right and that saddens me. When people have the means and desire to do something lacking in London you hate it when they fall short, as it discourages others from trying the same.

I also tell them my wife is a good cook as she has some excellent wooden spoons.

Your photo is fine, the sandwich isn’t. We all know that some food stylists take liberties with their with their artwork, but this isn’t even close.

I’ve got a hankering for a salt beef sandwich now, I’ll have to look at where I can get one today. 🙂
